Presales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate qualified leads via outbound calls, emails, and online research
• Schedule appointments and product demos for the sales team
• Maintain accurate lead databases and follow-up records
• Build rapport with potential clients and represent the brand professionally
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve conversion strategies

Required Skills

• Excellent English communication (verbal & written)
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills
• Basic understanding of customer engagement and follow-up
• Familiarity with sales or financial services (preferred but not mandatory)
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and organized

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Graduate or Undergraduate
• Experience: 0–6 Years (Freshers encouraged to apply)
• Comfortable with early morning shifts (5:30 AM – 2:30 PM) and (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM)
