Key Responsibilities: Contact potential customers through calls, WhatsApp, and follow-ups. Explain project details, location advantages, pricing, and investment benefits. Convince clients to schedule site visits with the sales team. Maintain and update lead data in CRM. Coordinate with the sales team for smooth client handover. Follow up regularly with interested clients to convert inquiries. Handle basic queries related to the project and company. Ensure excellent communication and customer handling skills. Requirements: Good english communication & convincing skills. Ability to handle HNI clients professionally. Must be confident and presentable. Basic knowledge of real estate will be an advantage.
