Presales Executive

Role Overview

As a Customer Acquisition Specialist / Client Acquisition Architect at CentAI, you will:

• Reach out to potential customers (individuals, corporates, clinics) via outbound calls
• Explain CentAIs sophisticated preventive screening packages (ScanX, BloodX) in a medically accurate yet accessible way
• Educate on the benefits of early detection (e.g., catching atherosclerosis via calcium scoring, detecting tumors via MRI, assessing metabolic risk via biomarker panels)
• Convert qualified leads into bookings for health-scan packages
• Maintain a pipeline of leads, follow-up calls, and customer data in CRM
• Collaborate with clinical, operations, and medical teams for scheduling, report delivery, and doctor consultations
• Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining high-quality customer engagement

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical/medical terms into simple language
• Curiosity and willingness to learn about medical diagnostics (MRI, CT, DEXA, biomarkers)
• Empathy: the ability to handle sensitive health-related conversations
• Resilience and strong closing skills in telesales
• Basic digital literacy: CRM, MS Office / Google Sheets
• Fluency in English + local language (Kannada / Hindi / Tamil / etc.), depending on region

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree (any field) or equivalent experience
• Previous experience in telesales, B2B or B2C health-tech is a plus
• Some exposure to healthcare, diagnostics, or clinical terminology is beneficial, but not mandatory
