Role & responsibilities Preferred candidate profile The Pre-Sales Executive is the first point of contact for incoming leads. They qualify leads, provide project information, and schedule site visits for the Sales team. The role is critical for lead nurturing and early-stage engagement. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and digital leads. Understand customer needs and qualify leads based on defined criteria. Share project details, brochures, and relevant documentation. Schedule site visits with the Sales team. Maintain CRM system with accurate lead status and interaction history. Follow up with potential clients to nurture interest. Collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams for smooth lead transition.
