Job Overview: We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented Channel Sales Manager to lead and manage relationships with Channel Partners (CPs) to drive sales for our real estate projects. The role involves CP onboarding, training, engagement, and performance tracking to ensure consistent lead flow and conversions. Key Responsibilities: Identify, onboard, and activate new Channel Partners across the region Conduct regular CP trainings, site orientations, and project briefings Maintain strong relationships with top-performing CPs and ensure their active participation in campaigns Plan and execute CP engagement activities such as meets, webinars, and reward programs Track CP performance and provide timely support on project details, pricing, and inventory Ensure lead flow from CPs and coordinate with Pre-Sales and Sales teams for seamless closure Share timely updates on inventory, offers, and sales status with the partner network Monitor competition activity and provide market intelligence feedback Prepare CP sales reports, evaluate performance, and optimize engagement strategies Requirements: Bachelors degree (MBA preferred) Minimum 4 years of experience in Real Estate Channel Sales Strong network of active CPs in the target region Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and lead partner-driven campaigns Proficient in CRM tools and reporting What We Offer: Competitive compensation & performance incentives Opportunity to work on premium real estate projects Dynamic work environment with growth opportunities Strong marketing & sales support Role & responsibilities Preferred candidate profile
