Job Description

Role Overview: The Sales Manager is responsible for converting qualified leads into successful bookings through relationship building, effective communication, and deep knowledge of the product. This role requires a high level of ownership, customer engagement, and goal orientation. Key Responsibilities: Engage with prospective clients, understand their requirements, and present suitable property options. Conduct site visits and product walkthroughs. Maintain follow-up schedules and ensure timely communication to close deals. Work closely with the Pre-Sales team to understand lead background and maximize conversion potential. Negotiate terms, close bookings, and ensure seamless documentation. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain customer relationship post-sale to ensure referral business. Requirements: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Strong understanding of the product and customer behavior. Goal-oriented with a proven track record in sales.
