Job Description

Role & responsibilities Engage with potential buyers through various channels such as phone, email, and in-person meetings. Provide detailed information about available properties and their amenities. Coordinate and conduct site visits and property tours for interested clients. Understand and analyze customer requirements to recommend suitable properties. Follow up with prospective clients to keep them engaged and informed. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop promotional strategies. Assist in preparing and presenting sales proposals and documents. Maintain an updated database of leads and sales activities. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field. Proven experience in a pre-sales or real estate sales role. Strong understanding of the real estate market and industry trends. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
