Team Member Role: Presales Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Pre-Sales Executive to join our team in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the sales process by providing valuable insights, engaging with potential clients, and delivering compelling presentations that showcase our properties and services.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Engage clients to understand their needs and tailor property solutions.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Prepare customized proposals and pricing options for clients.
• Manage client relationships and provide ongoing support.
• Analyse competitor offerings to enhance sales strategies.
• Assist in organizing property tours and promotional events.
• Collect and analyse client feedback to improve services.
• Support contract negotiations by providing necessary documentation

• Excellent communication skills, Negotiation skills, Client Relationship and Management skills
• Expertise in sales and marketing, experience of selling Luxury Apartments
• Highly skilled, motivated and targeted oriented
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills, with a strong commitment to client development.
• A self-starter who is resourceful, confident, well-organized, and detail oriented.
