Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Student Counselling:
Engage with prospective students to understand their academic goals, preferences, and career aspirations for studying abroad.
Program Guidance:
Provide accurate information on global universities, courses, eligibility, admission timelines, and visa processes.
Application Support:
Assist students in shortlisting universities, preparing applications, and guiding them through required documentation and interview preparation.
Lead Conversion:
Collaborate with the pre-sales/sales team to convert potential leads into successful enrollments by delivering personalized and effective counselling.
Scholarship & Financial Guidance:
Advise students on available scholarships, education loans, and financial planning options for their chosen programs.
Follow-ups & Record Management:
Maintain and update student records, track application progress, and ensure timely follow-ups through CRM tools or internal systems.
Target Achievement:
Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly conversion and revenue targets through efficient lead management.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Coordinate with internal departments (sales, marketing, operations, etc.) to ensure a smooth student journey and seamless process flow.
Market Awareness:
Stay updated on international education trends, admission updates, and university partnerships to provide accurate and current information to students.
