Demand Generation Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Define and maintain Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP)
• Build & manage prospect lists using tools like Apollo, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Support outbound campaigns via email and LinkedIn
• Collaborate with sales to qualify leads and prioritize accounts
• Maintain and enrich CRM/database hygiene
• Track KPIs like conversion rate and lead quality
  

Nice To Have

• Liaise with Digital marketing team to execute demand generation strategies across digital channels (paid, organic, email, SEO, webinars, etc.)
• Create and manage campaigns that attract inbound leads and drive qualified outbound interest
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align lead generation goals with revenue targets
  

What We're Looking For

• 1-2 years in demand generation, Presales, or Sales ops
• Experience with sales prospecting tools (Sales Navigator, Apollo, Pipedrive, Clay, etc.)
• Organized, analytical, and proactive
• Prior exposure to B2B SaaS, Technology, US staffing, Technology or remote hiring is a plus
