Job Title: Cold Calling Specialist – Remote Talent Solutions - North America Location: Bangalore (Remote) About Us We're redefining how companies scale by making global hiring and compliance effortless. We’re looking for a Cold Calling Specialist who thrives on opening doors and starting conversations. In this role, you’ll be the first human touchpoint for potential clients - introducing them to our value proposition and qualifying interest for the sales team. You will be one of the first few hires and a key team member in the Sales team, hence there is enormous growth potential for high performing executives. Key Responsibilities Make 50-100 outbound calls per day to target accounts in our ICP Deliver compelling pitches to spark interest and schedule discovery calls Identify decision-makers and navigate gatekeepers Qualify leads based on pain points, hiring intent, and fit Maintain accurate call notes and lead status in CRM (e.g., HubSpot or Salesforce) Collaborate with demand generation and sales teams to improve messaging and lead quality Follow up on warm leads from email, LinkedIn, or ads What We're Looking For 1-2 years of experience in cold calling or outbound sales, preferably in B2B, SaaS, Technology or staffing targeted at North American markets.
