Responsibilities

• Planning:
• Collaborate with industry experts to develop products for the Indian and new markets.
• Develop detailed itineraries for a seamless and personalized experience for clients.
• Outreach and select suitable partners for accommodations, transportation, and activities.
• Sell tours across channels such as partnerships, website, OTA, social, ads and events
• Set and meet sales targets.
• Client and Tour Management:
• Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Facilitate group activities and ensure a positive and engaging atmosphere.
• Provide insightful commentary and historical context throughout the tour.
• Manage tour operation and group finances while maintaining a high level of service efficiency.
• Handle unforeseen challenges or emergencies professionally.
• Collaborate on sales, marketing and promotional activities.
• Collect client feedback to improve services.
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a tour leader, operation manager, business development or in a similar role.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluency in English and Hindi.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• In-depth knowledge of local culture, history, and attractions.
• Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., booking systems, spreadsheets).
