Presales Consultant - Infra Managed Services

As an experienced professional in the managed service domain with 6+ years of experience, you will be responsible for various tasks and activities. Your key responsibilities will include: - Understanding customers" IT operations and developing a business case for managed services outsourcing, including analysis of current operations/models and ROI over outsourcing. - Conducting/participating in customer workshops to demonstrate business cases and managed services models. - Responding to RFI/RFP received from Sales and presenting/demonstrating Managed Services Solution. - Developing cost-effective and scalable delivery models with SLA-based support services. - Providing effort estimates for proposed managed services solutions across delivery models. - Ensuring the proposed solution is optimally designed for the customer and aligns with standard practices. - Planning and scheduling activities with the Managed Services Program Manager for project success. - Demonstrating good understanding of service quality and IT operations standards such as ITIL. In terms of technical skills and competencies, the following are mandatory: - Broad foundational knowledge of IT infrastructure technologies including Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, IIS, TMG, ISA, SharePoint, Storage Area Networking, Data networking, IP Telephony, VMware vSphere, Citrix XenApp, and MS Hyper-V. - Technical certifications in Microsoft, Cisco, VMware, etc. Soft skills that are mandatory for this role include knowledge in the ITIL Framework lifecycle. This role requires expertise in Solution Design, Managed Services, Presales, RFP/RFI Response, DWP, end-user support, Technical Presentations, and IT Infrastructure Operations.,
