Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Presales Associate located in Shaikpet. The primary responsibilities include engaging with potential students and parents to understand their needs, presenting the company's offerings, and addressing their queries. The role also involves proactive lead management, providing detailed information about courses, resolving customer queries, and regularly following up to ensure a seamless enrollment process. The Presales Associate will collaborate closely with internal teams to meet sales and service targets while maintaining customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Effective lead nurturing, follow-ups, and relationship-building abilities
• Proficiency in CRM tools and customer data management
• Knowledge of education products and services, specifically in test preparation and skilling programs, is a plus
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and adapt to a dynamic work environment
• Previous experience in sales, customer support, or education-related roles is advantageous
