Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a driven and customer-focused Relationship Manager to lead business development efforts at the branch level. The role involves acquiring new customers, deepening existing relationships, portfolio management and driving sales of retail liabilities and third-party products. The ideal candidate will be energetic, goal-oriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service while achieving business targets.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Acquire new-to-bank customers through personal efforts and acquisition channels.
  • Manage and expand existing portfolio.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing clients, addressing their queries and concerns.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets, as set by the management.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
  • 2-5 years of portfolio handling experience is mandatory.
  • Must be working currently associated with banking industry or BFSI.
