Job Description

A Pre-Sales Executive supports the sales team by acting as a technical expert, understanding client needs, and crafting tailored solutions through compelling product demos, presentations, and proposals, managing RFPs/RFIs, and ensuring product capabilities align with customer requirements to help close deals and foster strong relationships. They bridge the gap between sales and technical teams, providing crucial market and product feedback to improve offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Needs Analysis:

    Engage with prospective clients to deeply understand their pain points and requirements.
  • Solution Crafting:

    Design and present customized solutions, ensuring technical feasibility and business value.
  • Presentations & Demos:

    Develop and deliver engaging product demonstrations, Proof of Concepts (POCs), and presentations.
  • Sales Support:

    Assist the sales team with responses to RFIs (Request for Information) and RFPs (Request for Proposals).
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:

    Liaise with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to align offerings and provide customer feedback.
  • Market Intelligence:

    Stay updated on market trends, competitor landscapes, and product features.
  • Bid Management:

    Manage the technical aspects of the sales bid process.
