To contact the insured for Underwriting referred proposals to procure the complete medical history using Audio and/or Video tools.
To Follow up with the customer for past medical records and/or relevant health documents.
To Contact and follow up for the Exclusions, additional premium or altered conditions applied by the Underwriter, explain the reasons, explain the medical terminology in the laymans language.
To contact respective service partners for the medical test process allocation, completion and follow up.
To Explain the denial reason (medical reasons) of the health application to the customer.
Prepare and document Case summary based on tele/video-MER discussion.
Procure, evaluate and summarize Past Medical reports (PMR), Pre-policy medical check (PPMC) reports.
