Job Description

As a Pre-Sales Executive for the cloud solutions team, your role will involve bridging the gap between technology and sales. You will be responsible for understanding client requirements, proposing cloud-based solutions, and supporting client engagements by participating in meetings and presentations. Your key responsibilities will include: - **Solution Support:** Collaborating with sales and technical teams to propose suitable cloud-based solutions for clients. - **Client Engagement:** Participating in client meetings, demonstrating solutions, addressing technical queries, and providing tailored pre-sales input to support the sales process. - **Proposal Development:** Assisting in the preparation of RFPs/RFIs, solution documents, technical presentations, and pricing proposals. - **Technical Demonstrations:** Supporting product demos and proof-of-concept exercises to showcase solution capabilities aligned with client needs. - **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Coordinating with delivery, product, marketing, and engineering teams to ensure smooth alignment of pre-sales activities. - **Learning & Development:** Keeping updated on emerging cloud technologies, tools, and industry trends to bring innovative perspectives to customer engagements. - **Market Research & Competitor Analysis:** Providing insights into market trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings to enhance solution positioning. In order to excel in this role, you should meet the following key requirements: - **Experience:** Possess 5+ years of experience in pre-sales, technical consulting, solution architecture, or related roles. Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP is advantageous. - **Technical Aptitude:** Demonstrate a basic understanding of cloud infrastructure, enterprise applications, and digital transformation concepts. - **Communication Skills:** Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively explain technical concepts to various stakeholders. - **Problem-Solving Mindset:** Display analytical thinking skills to connect business challenges with technology-driven solutions. - **Team Player:** Ability to collaborate efficiently with diverse teams in a fast-paced environment. - **Education:** Hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related fields. A minor in Business/Marketing would be beneficial.
