Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Pre-Sales Support Executive with 2-5 years of experience to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and convincing skills, with a hunger to grow the business through lead generation, data extraction, tele-calling, and different social media accounts.

Roles and Responsibility

Generate new clients through lead generation, data extraction, tele-calling, and various social media accounts.
Understand target markets, including industry, company, project, and company contracts to design and offer products accordingly.
Ensure consistent engagement with potential clients to close deals.
Possess a strong understanding of our products and competition in the industry.
Follow the latest industry developments and align offerings accordingly.
Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in pre-sales support or inside sales.
Strong knowledge of accounting, auditing, and taxation principles.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and convincing skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
