Pre-Sales Representative

As a Pre-Sales Executive at our company located in Gomti Nagar Extension, you will be an integral part of the sales team, responsible for converting prospects into clients. Your role will involve understanding customer needs, presenting technical and commercial proposals, and nurturing customer relationships before sales closure. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the sales team to identify and address client requirements effectively. - Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations for potential customers. - Assist in preparing commercial proposals, quotations, and tender documents. - Offer timely and accurate pre-sales support to address customer queries. - Coordinate with internal departments for solution development. - Follow up on leads and ensure a seamless handover to the sales/implementation team post-closure. - Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and proposal documents. - Conduct market research to stay updated on competitor offerings and industry trends. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field. - 1-3 years of experience in pre-sales, business development, or technical sales support. - Excellent communication and presentation abilities. - Fluency in written and spoken English. - Strong interpersonal and analytical skills. - Proficiency in MS Office, PowerPoint, and CRM systems. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively under tight deadlines.
