Role: Presales Lead – Data & GenAI Studio

Role Description : As a Data & GenAI Presales Lead you will lead the technical sales cycle for transformative AI-driven solutions, helping telecom providers navigate their journey toward AI readiness and intelligent automation.

Reporting to the Pre-Sales Leader, you’ll collaborate with sales, R&D, and product teams to orchestrate and deliver persuasive demos, PoCs, and RFx responses that highlight value, scalability, and differentiation by engaging executives across telecom clients in EMEA with compelling consulting approach.

What will your job look like?

Apply a deep understanding of telecom service providers’ data architectures and AI ambitions to craft visionary, practical solutions using advanced analytics and GenAI.Leverage technical insights and consultative prowess to align proposed solutions with customers’ business objectives, innovation strategies, and transformation roadmaps.Stay intimately familiar with product capabilities across the Data and AI landscape (e.g., data lakehouses, MLOps, GenAI orchestrators) to build and present tailored solutions with clear competitive advantages.Translate telecom clients’ domain-specific pain points into high-impact use cases—from intelligent customer care automation to predictive network analytics and AI-powered operations.Deliver persuasive demos, PoCs, and RFx responses that highlight value, scalability, and differentiationServe as a trusted advisor and thought leader to stakeholders at all levels—articulating complex technologies and their strategic potential in clear, compelling language.Anticipate and navigate key industry shifts in AI ethics, data governance, and emerging standards to keep customers ahead of the curve.Drive early engagement in the sales cycle by identifying technical fit and opportunity maturity, then lead them through the journey to solution buy-in.Continuously channel customer feedback and market dynamics into the product roadmap, elevating relevance and innovation.

All you need is...

  • 7+ years in presales, solutions architecture, or consulting roles for Data/AI platforms or services.
  • 5+ Years Telecom industry experience with exposure to Customer Experience, Network and/or CVM domains.
  • Strong grasp of AI/ML technologies (e.g. GenAI, LLMs, NLP, computer vision), data platforms, and cloud-native solutioning.
  • Demonstrated success in preparing and delivering executive-level technical presentations, value stories, and proposals.
  • Proven ability to bridge business needs and technical innovation within large-scale telecom transformation programs.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field required.
  • Graduate degree (MSc in AI, Data Science, or Telecom) preferred.
  • Certifications in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), AI/ML, or telecom OSS/BSS frameworks are a plus.
