Job Description

As a Pre Sales Intern in the Ed-Tech industry based in Noida, your role will encompass various core KPIs and Key Performance Areas (KPAs) to ensure efficient lead generation, qualification, conversion, and overall revenue and sales performance. Your responsibilities will involve the following key areas: **Core KPIs for PreSales Intern:** - **Lead & Outreach Activity**: - Make between 100-120 outbound calls per day based on connectivity. - Send 50+ outbound emails and follow-ups daily. - **Lead Qualification & Conversion**: - Submit a daily report on: - Contact rate: % of calls where the lead picks up or responds. - Qualification rate: % of contacts meeting criteria and moving to demo or next stage. - Counselling appointments scheduled (number and % of qualified leads booked). - **Revenue & Sales Performance**: - Attribute the percentage of revenue generated from converted leads to the counsellor. - **Efficiency & Productivity**: - Generate 2.5 to 3 hours of Talk Time daily. - Evaluate hourly activity on CRM. - **FollowUp & Engagement**: - Set reminders on CRM for effective follow-ups. - Make at least 3 attempts to reach not connected leads daily. - **CRM & Data Accuracy**: - Ensure proper CRM update compliance and data integrity. - **Soft Skills & Quality Metrics**: - Assess call quality based on audits, adherence to scripts, tone, and objection handling. - Monitor customer satisfaction metrics like first-call resolution or NPS feedback. **Key Performance Areas (KPAs):** - **Lead Dialing & Outreach**: Make initial contact and outbound reach. - **Lead Qualification**: Assess interest, intent, and fit. - **Appointment Scheduling**: Book demos or counselling calls. - **Conversion**: Convert leads to enrollment. - **CRM Management**: Properly log and manage lead data. - **Efficiency & Productivity**: Manage call volumes, talk time, and follow-ups. - **Quality & Support Skills**: Maintain communication quality, undergo call audits, and ensure a positive customer experience.
