Internship Opportunity Management Trainee at LEAP

About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic Management Trainees who are passionate about international education and eager to build their career in sales and student counselling.

In this role, you will support conversions by pitching Leap Scholars offerings to students through phone and video calls. You will address their queries, assist them through the payment process, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with students via phone and video calls to understand their requirements.

Pitch Leap Scholar’s offerings, including counselling, IELTS, visa services, etc.

Resolve student queries in a clear and professional manner.

Assist students throughout the payment and onboarding process.

Coordinate with internal teams (counsellors, operations, product) to drive conversions.

Ideal Candidate

Freshers are welcome.

Strong spoken and written English communication skills are mandatory.

Confident, proactive, and willing to learn.
