The candidate for this position will excel at creating new opportunities on leads generated. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with new customers.
Lead Management: Make outbound calls, qualify prospects, and generate interest in our projects.
Client Engagement: Present project details, address queries, and build strong client relationships.
Site Visit Coordination: Schedule and confirm client site visits (primarily weekends) and virtual presentations (weekdays).
Follow-Ups: Maintain regular contact with interested clients to drive conversions.
CRM & Reporting: Update all interactions in CRM, track leads, and share daily/weekly reports.
Collaboration & Targets: Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handover and achieve set targets
• Proven experience in telecalling, telemarketing, or a similar presales role.(Real estate and second homes selling experience preferred)
• Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain positive during calls.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
• Flexibility to work on weekends as required.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
