Work Schedule: Weekly Off on Tuesday

Job Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to connect with potential customers.
• Provide detailed information about real estate projects to prospects.
• Schedule appointments and follow up with clients.
• Maintain proper records of customer interactions in CRM.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth client handovers.
• Achieve weekly/monthly pre-sales targets.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in tele calling/telemarketing/customer support.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage and build rapport with clients.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/CRM tools.
• Passion to grow in the real estate industry.
