Pre Sales Executive

Job Title: Pre-Sales Executive Real Estate

• Initiate cold calls to prospective clients to introduce and promote property listings
• Schedule and conduct site visits to showcase properties effectively
• Follow up consistently on client inquiries and maintain strong communication
• Understand client requirements to offer tailored property solutions
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales processes
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, inquiries, and follow-ups

Skills & Competencies

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Persuasive and confident in client interactions
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools)
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Knowledge of real estate market trends, especially plots and villas
• Familiarity with the sales cycle and customer engagement strategies

Compensation

• Fixed Salary:

  22,000 per month

• Performance-Based Incentives:

  12,000 to 20,000 per month
