Role Overview: As a Pre-Sales Executive at Meeraq, you will play a vital role in supporting the sales process by developing customized solutions and compelling proposals for potential clients. Your collaboration with the sales team, subject matter experts, and stakeholders will be crucial in crafting innovative solutions, delivering persuasive presentations, and contributing to securing new business for the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the sales team to gather and comprehend client requirements. - Work closely with SMEs and stakeholders to design tailored solutions addressing client needs. - Prepare and deliver engaging presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients. - Create, write, and edit detailed proposals and responses to RFPs. - Assist in gathering client feedback and contributing to product improvements. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders. - Stay updated with industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies. - Assist in the development of sales collateral and product knowledge resources. - Provide support in contract negotiations to ensure client satisfaction. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus). - 3+ years of proven experience in a pre-sales or similar role. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, with advanced knowledge of its features. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. - Knowledge of learning and development solutions and services. - Strong customer-centric mindset with a passion for education and professional development.
