Job Overview: As a Telecaller for our Real Estate team, you will play a crucial role in connecting with potential clients and converting leads into valuable opportunities. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with prospects over the phone, understand their real estate needs, and effectively communicate the benefits of our services. The goal is to build a pipeline of qualified opportunities for our sales team, contributing to the growth and success of our real estate business. Key Responsibilities: Outbound Calling: Initiate outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our real estate services and identify their requirements. Lead Qualification: Qualify leads by gathering essential information, understanding client needs, and assessing the potential for a successful real estate transaction. Product/Service Presentation: Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our real estate offerings to prospects, addressing any inquiries they may have. Relationship Building: Build and maintain positive relationships with prospects by providing accurate information, addressing concerns, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Follow-Up: Conduct timely follow-ups with potential clients to nurture leads and move them through the sales funnel, ensuring a consistent and positive customer experience. Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions with prospects in the CRM system, ensuring all information is properly documented for future reference. Target Achievement: Work towards achieving weekly and monthly targets for lead generation and conversion, contributing to overall team and company objectives. Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team to seamlessly transition qualified leads and provide any necessary background information for successful conversions. Qualifications and Skills: Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively. Customer Focus: A customer-centric approach with a keen understanding of customer needs and the ability to build rapport. Sales Acumen: Basic understanding of the real estate industry and sales processes, with the ability to position our services effectively. Persistence: A resilient attitude with the ability to handle rejection and persevere in achieving targets. Team Player: Ability to collaborate with team members and other departments to achieve common goals. Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Computer Literacy: Proficiency in using CRM systems and basic computer applications. Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred. Proven experience in telecalling, preferably in the real estate sector.
