Pre-Sales Executive

You have a great opportunity to join our team as a Presales Executive in Mumbai. With 2+ years of experience, you will be responsible for making inbound and outbound telephone calls to meet sales targets. Your role will involve cross-selling or up-selling products, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining call records. Additionally, you will collaborate with different departments to address customer complaints effectively. Your key responsibilities will include calling customers to promote our products, documenting purchase orders accurately, managing customer accounts, and developing relationships to drive repeat business. You will use sales scripts provided by the company to influence sales and handle customer objections. Meeting daily and monthly sales targets is crucial in this role. To excel in this position, a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. A Certified Sales Professional (CSP) accreditation would be beneficial. Previous experience as a Presales Executive is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, adherence to scripts, strong negotiation skills, and excellent communication abilities are essential.
