Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune for a Pre-Sales Executive. The Pre-Sales Executive will be responsible for supporting the sales team by providing detailed analyses of properties, assisting with client presentations, managing client inquiries, and preparing proposals. The role involves collaborating with the sales team to identify client needs and delivering tailored solutions. Additionally, the Pre-Sales Executive will be expected to stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings.

• Property Analysis and Detail Orientation
• Client Presentation and Proposal Preparation skills
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
• Knowledge of Market Trends and Competitor Offerings
• Ability to work collaboratively with the sales team
• Proven experience in a pre-sales or similar role is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
