Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Pre-Sales Engineer/Executive with 3 5 years of experience in embedded products and technical pre-sales. The role involves engaging with clients, understanding their technical requirements, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver suitable solutions. The candidate will be responsible for conducting regular client meetings, product demonstrations, and technical presentations, as well as supporting RFQ processes and the creation of Bills of Materials (BoMs). Frequent travel (local and national) is expected as part of client engagement and business development initiatives.

  • Conduct regular meetings with customers to identify project opportunities and share brochures.

  • Travel extensively (local and national) to engage with clients and support sales initiatives.

  • Understand customer needs and market competition through effective communication.

  • Work closely with Project Managers to develop solutions based on customer specifications.

  • Identify and escalate technical gaps to higher management when necessary.

  • Participate in pre-sales activities such as demos, seminars, and technical discussions.

  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations customized to client requirements.

  • Assist in generating Bills of Materials (BoMs) in coordination with Project Managers.

  • Manage and respond to RFQs in a timely and accurate manner.

  • Diploma or Bachelor s degree in Electronics or a related technical field; higher qualifications are an advantage.

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in pre-sales, technical support, or related roles.

  • Strong understanding of embedded systems and technical product solutions.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer focus.

  • Ability to work independently in the field and manage multiple client relationships.

  • Experience in preparing technical documentation, presentations, and proposals.

  • Proven ability to collaborate across technical and sales teams to deliver client solutions.
