Role Overview: As a Pre-Sales Engineer, your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential customers, understand their needs, and develop product solutions to meet those needs. You will conduct product demonstrations, collaborate with sales teams, and provide technical support throughout the sales process. Additionally, you will stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to provide valuable insights for sales strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Meet and discuss with potential customers - Understand customer needs and develop product solutions - Conduct product demonstrations and solution workshops - Collaborate with sales teams to tailor solutions - Provide technical support during sales process, including drafting proposals and responding to RFPs - Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings - Assist in developing sales strategies based on technical insights Qualifications Required: - Strong technical background, preferably in Mechanical Engineering (BTech Mechanical) - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Ability to work collaboratively with sales and technical teams - Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset Additional Details: - The job types available for this position are Full-time, Permanent, and Fresher. - Benefits include health insurance and Provident Fund. - The schedule may involve day shift, morning shift, or rotational shift. - Additional bonuses such as performance bonus and yearly bonus are provided. - Preferred experience includes 3 years as a Sales Engineer, 3 years in field sales, and 1 year in HVAC sales. - The work location for this role is in Raipur, Chhattisgarh, and requires in-person attendance.
