About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic fresher who has basic knowledge of HR functions such as payroll structure, end-to-end recruitment, and employee documentation. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to build a career in Human Resources and grow with the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls, share product details, and follow up on leads.
Maintain customer records in CRM.
Manage social media platforms & create content.
Support SEO, website optimization, and email campaigns.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Monitor and report on campaign performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s / Master's degree in any discipline ( Marketing, Business )
Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing) and sales processes
Strong communication and presentation skills (verbal & written)
MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) proficiency
Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing analytics (preferred, not mandatory)
Creative mindset with willingness to learn and adapt
