Connect with Global Leads

Make outbound and inbound calls to interested learners, introducing them to Oratrics’ transformative programs.

Demo Class Bookings

a minimum of 6 high-quality trial/demo sessions daily

Build Relationships, Not Just Pipelines

Follow up with leads to build trust, handle objections, and move them toward enrollment.

CRM Mastery

Document every conversation with clarity—track feedback, interests, and key insights.

Own Your Weekly Goals

weekly target of 36+ successful demo bookings

👤 You’ll Be a Great Fit If You Have:

• 6–12 months of experience in

  tele calling, pre-sales, or customer engagement

• Exceptional

  spoken English

  and communication skills
• A

  target-driven

  mindset and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
• Experience using CRM tools (or willingness to learn)
• The hunger to grow in a

  global edtech startup

  UK Region

  – 3 PM to 1 AM IST
• 🇺🇸

  USA Region

  – 8 PM to 6 AM IST
• 🇦🇺

  Australia / Singapore / Hong Kong Region

  – 5 AM to 3 PM IST
• 🇮🇳

  India Region

  – 10 AM to 8 PM IST
