Pre Sales Associate

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Pre-Sales Executive to support the sales team by engaging potential clients, understanding their requirements, and assisting in the sales process. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of interior design concepts, and the ability to generate leads and nurture client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:Lead Generation & Client Engagement

• Identify and generate leads through cold calling, digital marketing, and networking.
• Contact potential clients, introduce company services, and assess their interior design requirements.
• Follow up with inquiries and maintain a database of potential clients.

Client Consultation & Qualification

• Understand client needs, preferences, and budget constraints.
• Educate clients about the company’s interior design solutions, project process, and pricing structure.
• Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales/design team.

Sales Support & Coordination

• Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations.
• Maintain proper documentation of client interactions, inquiries, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with the design and execution teams to provide accurate information to clients.

Market Research & Competitor Analysis

• Research market trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences.
• Provide insights to improve sales strategies and service offerings.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field.
• years of experience in pre-sales, sales, customer service, or a related role (preferably in interior design or real estate).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹224,684.69 - ₹400,000.00 per year
