This internship role for pre-sales at CloudBird Digital, located in Noida, involves day-to-day activities related to sales support and customer inquiries. As a pre-sales intern, you will conduct cold calling to generate leads, engage with potential customers to understand their needs, and introduce products/services. Collaboration with the sales team to achieve set targets, maintaining an accurate customer database, and supporting the pre-sales team with additional tasks are key responsibilities of this position. Freshers are welcome to apply for this role, as no prior experience is required. The role requires excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, the ability to handle rejection positively, strong interpersonal skills, and a proactive attitude.
