Role Description

This is an internship role for pre-sales at CloudBird Digital, located in Noida. As a pre-sales intern, you will be involved in day-to-day activities related to sales support and customer inquiries. This is an on-site position based in Noida.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct cold calling to generate leads and set up meetings.
• Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and introduce our products/services.
• Gather information and provide initial product information to potential clients.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve set targets.
• Maintain and update the customer database with accurate and up-to-date information.
• Support the pre-sales team with additional tasks as needed.

Key Requirements

• Freshers are welcome to apply; no prior experience is required.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain positive.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive attitude.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
