Location: Mira road School Board: IRBK School Mira Road Position Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Pre-Primary Teacher to join our ICSE-affiliated institution. The ideal candidate will have a nurturing attitude, a strong command of early childhood education principles, and the ability to create a stimulating and engaging classroom environment that promotes the physical, emotional, and cognitive development of young learners. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with ICSE early learning goals. Foster a joyful, safe, and inclusive learning environment. Use play-based and activity-oriented teaching methodologies. Monitor and assess student development through observation and informal assessments. Communicate regularly with parents to provide updates on students’ progress and well-being. Maintain classroom discipline and hygiene standards. Prepare learning materials and creative displays to enhance the learning space. Participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and professional development activities. Work collaboratively with co-teachers and support staff. Qualifications And Skills Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education / Education / Child Psychology or related field. Montessori / ECCEd / NTT certification (mandatory or preferred). Minimum 1–3 years of teaching experience at the pre-primary level (preferably in an ICSE school). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Creativity, patience, and a genuine love for working with young children. Familiarity with ICSE curriculum expectations for early years is a plus.
