Job Title: Pre-Primary Coordinator

Department: Academics – Pre-Primary Section

Experience Required: 3–6 years (including teaching experience in Pre-Primary)

Qualification:

• Graduate / Post-Graduate
• NTT / ECCEd / B.Ed (mandatory)

Role & Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall functioning of the Pre-Primary section (Playgroup, Nursery, Jr. KG, Sr. KG)
• Plan, implement, and monitor age-appropriate curriculum and lesson plans
• Guide and mentor Pre-Primary teachers on teaching methodologies and classroom management
• Ensure child-centric, activity-based learning practices
• Conduct regular classroom observations and provide constructive feedback
• Coordinate with teachers for academic planning, assessments, and events
• Maintain academic records, lesson plans, and documentation
• Ensure a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and concerns
• Plan and execute school events, celebrations, and assemblies for Pre-Primary
• Work closely with the Principal / Management on academic improvements
• Ensure compliance with school policies, SOPs, and board guidelines
• Support admissions, orientations, and parent-teacher meetings

• Strong understanding of early childhood development
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Leadership and team-handling experience
• Creative, patient, and child-friendly approach
• Good planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, email, school ERP)

Pay: ₹18,260.77 - ₹45,736.33 per month
