Experience: 6–10 Years of experience

Role Overview:

We seek a seasoned professional to manage land acquisition and liaison activities, ensuring compliance with local regulations and successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Liaison and Approvals: Maintain relationships

with government authorities; navigate

approval processes; ensure compliance with

building regulations.

• Implement improved process and management methods to generate higher ROI and wirkflow optimization.

• Documentation and Compliance: Manage

revenue documents; ensure accurate record-

keeping; stay updated on real estate laws.

• Business Development Support: Collaborate

with the business development team; assist

in feasibility reports and investment

proposals.
