1. Develop and maintain relationship with Property owner, Brokers and other teams.
2. Prepare reports and presentation for senior management and other stakeholders
3. Excellent negotiation and communication skills
4. Conduct site visits and gather data on land attributes, accessibility, and surrounding
infrastructure
5. Work closely with internal teams, including legal, finance, project development, and
planning departments, to align acquisition strategies with company goals.
6. Liaison with external consultants, government agencies, and local authorities as needed
7. Maintain accurate and organized records of all transactions, agreements, and
communications
Education Qualification :-
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering
