Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Work on creation of a comprehensive PRD for EKM platform (MVP + scalable roadmap versions) under the direction of the Product Lead.
  • Co-develop platform architecture documentation, including logical & physical architecture, data/knowledge models, AI + semantic services architecture, and integration patterns.
  • Define non-functional requirements (security, scalability, performance, observability).
  • Produce implementation-ready specs for internal IT & vendor teams.
  • Support vendor selection, technical reviews, and design walkthroughs.
  • Ensure PRD alignment with Lenovo s AI-native EKM vision (digital twin + agentic services).

Required Skills & Experience

  • 4 to 8 years in enterprise architecture or solution architecture.
  • Willing to work in US Shift timing
  • Strong experience with knowledge platforms, semantic search, vector stores, and LLM integrations.
  • Proven track record writing large-scale PRDs.
  • Ability to translate business capabilities into structured technical requirements.
  • Experience with Microsoft ecosystem (SharePoint, Copilot, Graph).
