Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for leading and growing the Data Architecture & Analytics Practice, aligning business, technology, and client goals. Your role will involve defining the strategic roadmap for the practice, driving revenue generation, and ensuring profitability through new client acquisition and account expansion. Additionally, you will lead the design and implementation of large-scale, enterprise-grade data architecture solutions and provide architectural oversight for all delivered solutions. Your responsibilities will also include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building long-term relationships with strategic clients, and developing data-centric products and service offerings that align with market needs. Furthermore, you will be mentoring and growing a high-performing team and fostering a collaborative culture that drives innovation and accountability. Key Responsibilities: - Build, lead, and grow the Data Architecture & Analytics Practice, aligning business, technology, and client goals. - Define the strategic roadmap for the practice including offerings, delivery models, and market positioning. - Drive revenue generation and profitability through new client acquisition and account expansion. - Lead the design and implementation of large-scale, enterprise-grade data architecture solutions. - Define best practices for data strategy, governance, modernization, and cloud data platforms. - Provide architectural oversight and ensure the technical integrity of all delivered solutions. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets. - Build and nurture long-term relationships with C-suite executives and strategic clients. - Partner with sales and delivery teams to develop winning proposals, pricing models, and client presentations. - Conceptualize, define, and refine data-centric products and service offerings that align with market needs. - Work with product management and engineering teams to develop differentiators and accelerators. - Stay ahead of market trends to ensure offerings remain innovative and competitive. - Mentor and grow a high-performing team of data architects, consultants, and solution leaders. - Foster a collaborative culture that drives innovation and accountability. - Ensure seamless coordination between sales, delivery, and product functions. Qualifications: - Bachelors/Masters degree from a Tier 1 institution (IIT, IIM, ISB, XLRI, or equivalent). - Minimum 18 years of professional experience in IT services, consulting, or technology-driven businesses. - Prior experience in Big 4 consulting firms or top-tier IT services organizations preferred.,
