Practice Head: Digital Workplace (Pre-Sales and Solutioning)

Indias marquee global technology & consulting company is seeking to hire a senior leader for their Digital Workplace practice. As part of their continued growth, the company is looking to onboard a senior leader to head the Digital Workplace Practice and Presales function. This role is pivotal in shaping the digital workplace vision for global clients, combining deep technical expertise with strong presales and leadership skills to drive innovation, transformation, and delivery excellence.

The Job

• Define and drive the Digital Workplace strategy aligned with client transformation needs and evolving technology landscapes.
• Lead presales and solutioning across enterprise workplace transformation programs including RFP responses, proposal creation, and client presentations.
• Deliver end-to-end solutioning across Digital Workplace technologies: Modern Management, Microsoft Intune, SCCM, DEX, DaaS, M365 services, Print, and Remote Support.
• Work closely with OEMs and cross-functional teams to design scalable and customized workplace solutions.
• Build detailed operating models and execution plansfrom small to large-scale digital workplace proposals.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing team of workplace technology professionals, and act as a trusted advisor to global clients.

Your Profile

• Bachelors degree in IT, Business, or a related discipline (Masters preferred).
• 18+ years of experience with strong exposure to Digital Workplace, Presales, and Delivery leadership.
• Demonstrated success in leading presales and RFP response efforts, creating proposals and effort estimations for a global client base.
• Hands-on experience with a wide range of workplace technologies including Intune, DaaS, VDI (AVD, Cloud PC), M365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint), and DEX platforms (Nexthink, Systrack, Aternity).
• Strong knowledge of field service optimization, modern endpoint management, and device lifecycle strategies.
• Ability to define resource models, delivery structures, and transformation roadmaps.
• Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills, with experience in stakeholder engagement at senior levels.
