Develop a strong press network to ensure consistent and impactful media coverage. Manage media requests, interviews, and speaking opportunities for leadership team. Drive executive communications, including keynote speeches, panel discussions, and industry event participation. Craft press releases, bylined articles, op-eds, and media statements that shape industry perception. Collaborate with internal teams to create impactful storytelling around product innovations, partnerships, and market trends. Lead crisis communications and reputation management when necessary. Identify and leverage speaking opportunities, awards, and strategic partnerships Engage with online communities, industry forums, and professional networks Support internal communications to keep employees informed and aligned with key brand messaging. Good to Have: 10+ years of experience in public relations, corporate communications, or media strategy, preferably in SaaS, tech, or retail. Strong media relationships with key business, tech, and industry publications. Experience in securing media coverage, managing press releases, and handling crisis communications. Understanding of B2B SaaS, AI, automation, and retail-tech ecosystems. Experience working with high-growth startups, enterprise SaaS, or commerce technology companies.
