About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated PR Business Development Manager who can help founders,

entrepreneurs, and CXOs build a strong digital presence. This role involves selling personal branding packages and managing client relationships to help position them as industry leaders.


Key Responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to founders, entrepreneurs, and CXOs to pitch personal branding services.

• Understand client requirements and curate suitable branding solutions.

• Sell personal branding packages that include LinkedIn growth, content strategy, PR visibility, digital

positioning, etc.

• Manage the complete sales cycle—from lead generation to closing deals.

• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high satisfaction levels.

• Collaborate with the content and PR Operations teams to deliver promised services.

• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Maintain proper records of leads, pitches, conversions, and follow-ups.

• Stay updated on media trends, PR opportunities, and industry movements.


Skills & Qualifications

• 4-7 years of experience in sales (digital marketing, branding, PR, or B2B preferred).

• Must have prior relevant experience as an individual contributor.

• Must have worked in a target-based sales structure.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Understanding of personal branding, LinkedIn, and digital visibility.

• Ability to sell to founders, CXOs, and senior professionals.

• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and confident in closing deals.

• Strong relationship-building capabilities.
