PR Associate

As a PR Assistant at IACG Intermediate, you will play a crucial role in shaping the public image of the organization and facilitating communication between students, parents, and partner colleges. Your responsibilities will include: - Liaising with colleges, universities, and school principals to schedule and organize admission and promotional events across Hyderabad. - Building and maintaining strong relationships with admission teams, schools, and education partners. - Communicating admission updates, eligibility criteria, and scholarship details clearly to students and parents. - Planning and executing school outreach programs, admission fairs, workshops, and info sessions with college representatives. - Supporting counseling teams by providing accurate and up-to-date higher education information. - Negotiating and coordinating event slots, partnerships, and promotional opportunities with schools and institutions. - Tracking admission trends, collecting feedback, and recommending improvements to enhance outreach impact. - Acting as a brand ambassador by sharing success stories, creating engaging PR and social media content, and promoting IACG's vision. - Managing media relations and securing positive press and digital coverage for IACG Intermediate. - Organizing high-impact events such as open houses, parent meetings, and graduation ceremonies. - Monitoring and improving IACG's online presence and reputation. - Handling communications during PR challenges or crises with professionalism and clarity. - Engaging prospective students through campus tours and interactive sessions. - Guiding applicants through the enrollment process with care and accuracy. - Maintaining organized and updated records in the CRM system. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in PR, Mass Communication, Journalism, Marketing, Education, or related fields (Not Mandatory). - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Organized, proactive, and creative problem solver. - Passionate about education and ready to grow in a dynamic environment.
