PR and Media Executive

As a PR and Media Executive at Palmonas, a modern Indian Demi-fine Jewelry brand located in Koregaon Park, Pune, your role will be crucial in enhancing brand visibility across various platforms. You will be responsible for managing media relationships, creating engaging stories, executing press outreach, and contributing to shaping a strong brand image. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute effective PR strategies aligned with brand objectives. - Cultivate and nurture relationships with fashion, lifestyle, and jewelry editors, journalists, influencers, and media channels. - Create and distribute press releases, media kits, brand narratives, and PR pitches. - Coordinate interviews, features, and brand coverage in prominent fashion and lifestyle publications. - Monitor PR campaigns, track media coverage, and analyze brand sentiment. - Support influencer and celebrity gifting initiatives to amplify brand exposure. - Collaborate with internal teams for seamless campaign execution. - Organize brand events, pop-ups, and media interactions to boost engagement. - Handle media inquiries and manage crisis communication adeptly. - Maintain a media database and generate regular PR performance reports. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in PR, Communications, Journalism, or Marketing. - 3 years of experience in PR/media within the fashion, lifestyle, or D2C industry. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Extensive network of media and influencer contacts in the fashion/lifestyle domain. - Proficiency in crafting compelling brand stories and pitches. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment. - Familiarity with PR analytics tools like Meltwater, Brandwatch, etc. would be advantageous.,
