1. Marketing & Promotions

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and guest engagement.
• Manage both digital and on-ground promotional activities, collaborations, and tie-ups.
• Plan and execute influencer campaigns and marketing activations tailored to Pune s nightlife.
• Drive innovative marketing strategies to position Flounge as the top nightlife destination in the city.

2. Public Relations

• Build and maintain relationships with media, influencers, and lifestyle bloggers.
• Prepare press releases, event invites, and PR communications.
• Handle media coverage, ensure positive brand image, and manage guest relations.

3. Events & Entertainment

• Plan and coordinate weekly events, theme nights, and special performances.
• Collaborate with artists, DJs, and event partners for smooth execution.
• Generate pre-event buzz and handle post-event coverage on social media.

4. Digital & Social Media

• Oversee social media pages and create engaging, trendy content.
• Track and analyze engagement, reach, and campaign performance.
• Manage photoshoots, videos, and collaborations for digital content.

5. Coordination & Reporting

• Work closely with the operations and management team.
• Handle vendor coordination and manage marketing budgets.
• Provide weekly updates and event performance reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Hospitality, or a related field.

• Minimum 1 year of experience

  in

  F&B / Nightlife / Hospitality marketing

  .

• Preferred candidate:

  Someone with prior experience working in

  Western Pune

  (Baner, Wakad, Balewadi, Hinjewadi, etc.) and well-versed with local

  bars and clubs

  .
• Strong communication, networking, and interpersonal skills.
• Creative thinker with a passion for nightlife, events, and brand building.
