Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and guide the PPC team across all ad platforms
• Develop full-funnel paid advertising strategies aligned with business goals
• Manage budgets, pacing, campaign structure, and ongoing optimizations
• Analyze performance data and prepare insightful reports
• Conduct keyword research, audience research, and competitor analysis
• Ensure accurate tracking setup (GA4, GTM, pixels, events, conversions)
• Collaborate with the design and content teams for creatives and ad copies
• Stay updated with platform changes, best practices, and industry trends

Key Skills & Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of hands-on experience in PPC advertising
• Proven track record of managing high-budget and performance-driven campaigns
• Strong understanding of conversion tracking and analytics
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and meet deadlines
